The Full Story

Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, or just feeling unlike yourself? Are you struggling to separate yourself from past events/situations and finding yourself reliving similar thoughts and emotions? Do you struggle with constant repetitive thoughts and/or behaviors? If you said yes to the above, finding help can be challenging and tiresome. You may want to free yourself from the past to live your current life more fully. Whatever this life holds for you, I am here to guide and support you by collaboratively exploring the past to resolve the present symptoms which then leads to solutions.

I am a registered Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario & the College of Alberta Psychologists. I offer a virtual holistic approach for all ages for therapy & mental health assessments. I look at your entire person (biology, mind, and environment) because they all play a significant role in our well-being.
