Hello, my name is Hazim, and I am a Canadian Certified Counselor. I believe in working together with each client from a holistic and biopsychosocial approach. It is my goal to help you achieve a state of higher wellbeing and grow into the best version of yourself.
What modalities do I use? I use an integrative and client focused approach to therapy using modalities, not limited
to: Solution-focused therapy, EMDR, Person-centred therapy, and Narrative therapy.
I will take into consideration your values, culture, and background and use them to build flow and harmony
within your day-to-day life. In session, you will experience genuine, empathetic, nonjudgemental
therapeutic relationship. My goal is to support you with whatever it is that is troubling you.
Usually, you can find me playing basketball or booking a flight to travel. I have travelled across the world to places like Dubai, Mexico, USA, and Jordan among other countries. One fun fact about me: I worked as a chef for nine years. I have a wide range of experience in trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, depression, ADHD, addiction, self-image, anger management, and behavioural problems among other issues.
