Usui Reiki is a non-invasive, alternative form of healing focusing on balancing your energy. This form of alternative therapy is considered a spiritual practice of balancing a sense of self. The purpose of reiki is to align the 7 chakras of the body. You may experience sensation’s in your body such as tingling. Although Reiki may be hands on, at this time, this service is offered remotely at this time through remote healing. The practitioner connects through a spiritual and energetic level.

Journaling is another form of mindfulness practice, often encouraged by many professionals. Writing our feelings on paper sounds wonderful in theory, you buy the journal, open the page, date it, and then you are blank. What do I write? What do I say? How do I feel? You are not alone. The practitioner will work with you on a one-on-one basis to create guided journaling entries, and work through the process of allowing your thoughts to flow.
Engage in the art of mindfulness
Mindfulness meditation is a form of alternative healing on a holistic level. Incorporating aspects of the mind-body-soul. Many of us hear about the benefits of mindfulness but are uncertain how to begin. Some of us may even feel that we are not able to engage in meditation without feeling overwhelmed or distracted. The practitioner will spend one-on-one time with you to assist in creating a space for you to allow meditation and visualization to create a sense of balance.
