Hello, and welcome! I'm Helena Morris, a dedicated and caring Registered Psychologist, and I'm thrilled to introduce myself and my approach to helping you on your journey towards a happier, more fulfilling life.

I am Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. holding a Master’s in Counselling from the University of Victoria. I have worked within a variety of settings including public and private clinics, crisis residential programs, schools and mental health centres. Additionally, I have accumulated training and experience in suicide intervention and prevention and non-suicidal self-injury.
