1.1 Inspire Wellness Therapy Inc. Services

These Terms & Conditions (these “Terms”) govern your use of the content, programs, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Inspire Wellness Therapy Inc. through www.inspirewellnesstherapy.ca (the “Website”).

The terms “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Inspire Wellness Therapy Inc.

The term “you” refers to any user, client, or participant accessing the Services.

By booking, purchasing, accessing, or using any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Where required, you may be asked to confirm your acceptance of these Terms by clicking “I accept.” If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Website or Services.

1.2 Scope of Services

Inspire Wellness Therapy Inc. provides therapy, counselling, life coaching, and wellness-related services, depending on the practitioner and service selected.

• Therapy and counselling services are regulated services provided by registered professionals and are governed by applicable regulatory bodies and standards of practice.

• Life coaching services are non-clinical, non-diagnostic, and are not a substitute for mental health treatment, psychotherapy, or medical care. Life coaching focuses on personal growth, goal setting, accountability, and forward-looking support.

Clients are responsible for selecting the service that best fits their needs. If clinical concerns arise during life coaching, referrals to appropriate therapeutic or medical services may be recommended.

1.3 Basis of Sale

(a) These Terms, together with any confirmed booking or order (“Order”), constitute the entire agreement between you and Inspire Wellness Therapy Inc. regarding the Services.

Some Services may require acceptance of additional terms, consent forms, or policies. Where applicable, those terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

(b) Please review all service details carefully prior to booking or purchase. If you believe there is an error, you must contact us to confirm changes in writing before proceeding.

1.4 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in services, technology, payment methods, legal or regulatory requirements, or business operations.

Continued use of the Website or Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Where Services are ongoing, reasonable notice will be provided, and you may choose to discontinue Services before revised Terms take effect.

1.5 Fees, Billing, and Changes to Charges

Fees for Services are listed on the Website or booking platform and may vary by service type, practitioner, or session length.

We reserve the right to modify fees or introduce new charges at any time. Where applicable, clients will be notified at least 30 calendar days in advance of fee changes. If you do not agree to a fee change, you may cancel future appointments within the applicable cancellation window.

Life coaching services are not eligible for insurance billing unless covered under a client’s Health Spending Account or personal plan.
