I believe that meaningful healing begins with connection—feeling truly heard, understood, and accepted for who you are. Therapy is not about having all the answers, but about creating a space where you can explore your experiences with curiosity, compassion, and without judgment. My approach is rooted in collaboration, trust, and the understanding that every person’s journey is unique. Together, we can uncover new perspectives, recognize your strengths, and work toward meaningful change that feels authentic to you.
Life can bring unexpected challenges, moments of uncertainty, and experiences that leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves or others. I believe therapy offers an opportunity to pause, reflect, and better understand the patterns, emotions, and relationships that shape our lives.
My goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are. Whether you are navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief, or significant life transitions, we will work together to strengthen your emotional resilience, develop practical coping strategies, and build confidence in your ability to move forward.
I believe that growth is not always about changing who we are, but learning to understand ourselves more deeply and discovering new ways to approach life’s challenges.

Who I work with
Inspire Wellness Therapy respectfully acknowledges that what we call Alberta is the traditional and ancestral territory of many peoples, presently subject to Treaties 6, 7, and 8. We acknowledge the many First Nations, Métis and Inuit who have lived in and cared for these lands for generations.
We are all-inclusive, striving to create safe, affirming, and anti-oppressive spaces to welcome and provide equal care for all members of 2SLGBTQIA+ communities.
