The consultation can occur online via video using the Jane App or phone.

Don’t worry, all of our practitioners operate all of our practitioners operate on a holistic perspective of therapy. Meaning, we will work with you in understanding the world around you in which contributes to the negative thoughts enhancing low self confidence

We work on building healthier relationships, increasing self confidence, recognizing worth, and to reduce self sabotaging.

During our work together we will begin with an intake session. At this first session, we’ll discuss why you chose to seek therapy and your personal goals.

The process of therapy holds a lot of uncertainty, and we are here to support you in every step of the way.
