HOW IT WORKS


1. Book A Free 15 Minute Consultation

Book with the holistic therapist of your choice. Unsure who to book with? Book with our clinical director, Shianne Pearn, and she will match you with an aligned holistic therapist to meet in person in Calgary or through a telehealth appointment. 

2. About The Process

The consultation can occur online via video using the Jane App or phone.

3. Your First Appointment

Your therapist will work with you in creating your self-discovery plan. You can choose to have therapy in Calgary in person or virtually through telehealth.

How We Can Help

Don’t worry, all of our burnout support therapists operate on a holistic perspective of therapy. Meaning, we will work with you in understanding the world around you which contributes to the negative thoughts enhancing low self confidence.

We work on building healthier relationships, increasing self confidence, recognizing worth, and to reduce self sabotaging.

During our holistic burnout therapy together we will begin with an intake session in Calgary in person or virtually. At this first session, we’ll discuss why you chose to seek burnout counselling and your personal goals.
