I believe each person as inherently capable of growth, resilience, and self- discovery. Hi, my name is Shaambhavi ( hear my name ). I’m a Registered Social Worker and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional who provides compassionate, trauma-informed counselling for adults and couples (16+). My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and build the tools to feel more grounded and at ease. I support clients navigating anxiety, stress, low mood, grief, relationship changes, and the lingering effects of past experiences.
Healing Through Connection and Culture
I believe healing begins when we feel seen, heard, and understood. My approach is warm, curious, and empowering. I meet you where you are, without judgment and with understanding. I draw from EMDR, ACT, DBT, CBT, IFS, and mindfulness-based approaches, weaving them together in ways that fit your unique needs.
As someone who offers therapy in Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu, I strive to make counselling more accessible and meaningful across cultures. Whether we meet in person or virtually, my goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and equipped to move forward with clarity and confidence.
I offer a 15-minute complimentary consultation to help you decide if we’re a good fit; I’d be honoured to walk alongside you on your path toward healing and growth.
