I’m a Registered Social Worker at Inspire Wellness Therapy, and I am trauma-informed, culturally responsive, LGBTQIA2S+ affirmative, and trained in EMDR. I work with individuals (16+), couples, and families, supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and anger management.

With extensive training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Shambhavi effectively supports individuals facing trauma and other emotional challenges.
