We’re offering part-time sublease opportunities at our North Calgary office located at 301 14th St N.W, Calgary, AB. Thoughtfully designed for professionals working with children and families. Whether you’re a registered psychologist, counsellor, play therapist, or other allied health provider, this space is ready to support your practice.
Our North location includes two beautiful spaces — a quiet, private office and a fully furnished playroom — ideal for psychologists, counsellors, play therapists, or other allied health professionals.

Space Available for Sublease
Our fully furnished play therapy room is thoughtfully designed for professionals working with children and youth. It’s warm, welcoming, and equipped with toys, books, games, and tools to support a variety of therapeutic approaches.
Whether you’re a play therapist, child psychologist, or another mental health provider, this space is ready to support your clients in a safe and engaging environment.
• Rate:
$25.00 hourly rate
$175 half-day use monthly set date (5 hours)
$375 monthly rate
Currently available days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
• Includes: Full-day access (8:00 AM–8:00 PM), shared use of waiting area, kitchen access, Wi-Fi, utilities, and cleaning
• Minimum Commitment: 1 set day/month (multi-day discounts available upon request)
• Availability: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
• Parking: 1-hour complimentary parking available for clients or 2-
hour free street parking nearby for extended visits

Our private, comfortably furnished office space is available. This quiet, professional room is ideal for talk-based therapy and consultations, whether you’re working with individuals, couples, or conducting virtual sessions.
It’s also a great spot for therapists looking for a calm space to complete admin work or offer weekend availability to clients.
