Book with the holistic therapist of your choice. Unsure who to book with? Book with our clinical director, Shianne Pearn, and she will match you with an aligned holistic therapist to meet in person in Calgary or through a telehealth appointment.
2. About The Process
The consultation can occur online via video using the Jane App or phone.
3. Your First Appointment
Your therapist will work with you in creating your self-discovery plan. You can choose to have therapy in Calgary in person or virtually through telehealth.

Healing is not linear, and navigating this journey can feel overwhelming at times—but you do not have to do it alone.
At Inspire Wellness Therapy, we support women through life transitions, hormonal and identity changes, stress, burnout, and the emotional impacts of past experiences. Our practitioners offer compassionate, non-judgmental care that honours the whole person—mind, body, and lived context—using integrative, trauma-informed approaches tailored to each individual.
