I’m Sara, a life and wellness coach based in Calgary, Alberta, supporting individuals—particularly women—who are navigating identity shifts, women’s health transitions, parenting challenges, and seasons of feeling stuck or out of alignment. I offer in-person coaching in Calgary and virtual sessions across Alberta, creating a grounded, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clarity, confidence, and forward momentum can take shape. My work focuses on helping clients reconnect with their sense of self, strengthen self-trust, and move through life transitions with intention, balance, and purpose—whether that’s motherhood, personal growth, relationships, or redefining who you are in this stage of life.
