1. Book A Free 15 Minute Discovery Call

Book with the holistic therapist of your choice. Unsure who to book with? Book with our clinical director, Shianne Pearn, and she will match you with an aligned holistic therapist to meet in person in Calgary or through a telehealth appointment. 

2. About The Process

The consultation can occur online via video using the Jane App or phone.

3. Your First Appointment

Your therapist will work with you in creating your self-discovery plan. You can choose to have therapy in Calgary in person or virtually through telehealth.

Our identity- and life-transition-informed approach offers a supportive, grounding space for exploration, healing, and growth.
