Life can present challenges that leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and uncertain about the path forward. My goal is to walk alongside you as you navigate these moments and work toward greater self-understanding and balance. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, valued, and supported as we explore the experiences that have shaped you. Through compassion and curiosity, I aim to help you uncover the patterns that may be holding you back and develop tools to foster healing, self-compassion, and resilience.

Guiding You Toward Calm and Clarity

Life can feel overwhelming when your mind and body are at odds. My goal is to help you find a sense of calm, connection, and confidence within yourself. In our work together, I create a space where you can unpack your experiences, explore what’s holding you back, and move toward meaningful healing and growth.

I support adults navigating chronic pain, autism, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression, with a focus on culturally aware and inclusive care. Together, we’ll work toward balance, resilience, and renewed self-trust.
