Trauma Informed. Culturally Responsive. LGBTQIA2S+ Affirmative.
I believe healing happens in a judgment-free space where you feel genuinely heard and understood. Hi, I’m Steven. I’m a Registered Psychologist at Inspire Wellness Therapy, and I am trauma-informed, culturally responsive, LGBTQIA2S+ affirmative, and trained in EMDR. I work with individuals (12+), couples, and families, supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and anger management.

Creating Space for Change
I provide therapy for individuals (18+), couples, and families, with a focus on concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and anger management. I know that each person’s struggles are unique, and I believe therapy works best when we collaborate to create an approach that fits you. Drawing on EMDR, CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based practices, I aim to offer strategies and tools that not only address challenges but also support meaningful, long-term growth.
At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens in a judgment-free, compassionate space where you feel truly seen and understood. I also believe that we are all doing the best we can with the circumstances, information, and tools we’ve had at any given moment. My role is to walk alongside you—helping you build resilience, gain clarity, and move toward the change you want for your life.
Steven is a skilled EMDR therapist at Inspire Wellness Therapy, bringing a compassionate and client-centred approach to her sessions.
