Life can present challenges that leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and uncertain about the path forward. My goal is to walk alongside you as you navigate these moments and work toward greater self-understanding and balance. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, valued, and supported as we explore the experiences that have shaped you. Through compassion and curiosity, I aim to help you uncover the patterns that may be holding you back and develop tools to foster healing, self-compassion, and resilience.
Life can feel overwhelming when your mind and body are at odds. My goal is to help you find a sense of calm, connection, and confidence within yourself. In our work together, I create a space where you can unpack your experiences, explore what’s holding you back, and move toward meaningful healing and growth.
I support adults with chronic pain, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression, navigating neurodivergence, utilizing a culturally responsive approach. Together, we’ll work toward balance, resilience, and renewed self-trust.

We are all-inclusive, striving to create safe, affirming, and anti-oppressive spaces to welcome and provide equal care for all members of 2SLGBTQIA+ communities.
