Does this sound familiar?

Anxiety wears many faces

It rarely looks like one thing. You might recognize yourself in a few of these, or in something that isn’t here at all.

Racing thoughts that won't slow down

Your mind won't switch off, looping through worries and what-ifs even when you're exhausted. You want quiet, and it just keeps going, one thought tumbling into the next.

A constant sense of dread

There's a low hum in the background, a feeling that something bad is about to happen, even when nothing is. You can't always point to why, but the sense of waiting for the other shoe to drop rarely lets up.

Sleep that won't come, or won't stay

You're wired when you should be winding down, lying awake while your mind spins, or waking in the early hours already braced for the day. Rest becomes one more thing anxiety takes from you.

Avoiding what feels like too much

Certain people, places, or tasks start to feel overwhelming, so you steer around them. The relief is real in the moment, but your world quietly narrows, and the things you're sidestepping tend to loom larger.

Anxiety you feel in your body

A racing heart, a tight chest, a stomach in knots, breath that won't quite catch. Anxiety doesn't only live in your thoughts; it shows up physically, sometimes strongly enough to be frightening on its own.

On edge and unable to settle

You feel restless, irritable, and keyed up, like you can never fully relax. Small things set you off more than they used to, and being permanently "on" leaves you drained.

You don't need every one of these to deserve support.

Our approach

A calmer mind is
a skill you can build

Anxiety isn’t a personal failing or something you should be able to think your way out of. It’s your nervous system trying to keep you safe, working overtime. The goal of therapy isn’t to switch off every feeling. It’s to help your body and mind feel safe enough to settle.

We start by understanding your anxiety, the triggers, the spirals, and the way it shows up in your body, then build practical tools you can actually use when the worry hits. From there, when you’re ready, we gently explore what’s underneath, so relief lasts beyond the symptoms.

Most importantly, you set the pace. Nothing here is rushed, and nothing is forced.

Our process

The Inspire Wellness
Therapy Process

We believe every person holds three aspects of self. Lasting healing means caring for all three.

01

Past self

Nurture

We gently tend to the experiences that shaped you, so old wounds finally have room to heal.

02

Present self

Identify

We notice the patterns running today, the triggers, the habits, the way anxiety shows up right now.

03

Future self

Rediscover

We reconnect you with who you’re becoming, and the calmer, fuller life you’re moving toward.

Life during Anxiety therapy

The worry doesn't vanish
overnight. It loosens its grip.

The first few sessions are mostly listening. Your therapist gets to know what anxiety looks like for you, the situations, the body sensations, the thoughts that loop, and you start to notice the patterns yourself, without judgment.

From there, the work becomes practical. You’ll learn to recognize the early signals before they spiral, and pick up tools that actually help in the moment: grounding, breathwork, ways to talk back to anxious thoughts, and gentle exposure to the things you’ve been avoiding.

Most clients say the shift feels gradual, then suddenly obvious. A morning passes without the usual dread. A conversation that used to spin you no longer does. You’re not a different person — you’re a steadier version of the one you already are.

Life after Anxiety therapy

A life that's no longer
organized around anxiety.

You meet the moment, not the spiral

A tight chest, a racing thought, a difficult email — these still happen. But they pass through you instead of taking over the rest of your day.

Sleep, appetite, and energy start to even out

With the nervous system no longer running in the background, the basics return. You wake more rested. You eat without a knot in your stomach. You have room for the things you care about.

You stop organizing your life around 'what if'

You say yes to the dinner, the trip, and the harder conversation. Anxiety becomes something you have, on occasion, not the lens you live through.

You don't have to keep living around what worries you.
